At Crash Champions, we believe that trust is the cornerstone of our business. As one of the fastest-growing brands in the collision repair industry, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service through our extensive network of over 600 state-of-the-art repair centers across 36 states in the U.S. Founded in 1999 by industry veteran Matt Ebert, Crash Champions has established itself as the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO) in the country. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our dedication to customer service and the quality of our repairs. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for providing exceptional service and who are eager to contribute to our mission of making the repair process as seamless and transparent as possible for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for educating customers about the vehicle repair process, insurance procedures, and their rights as consumers. You will complete initial estimates and write comprehensive estimates after thorough disassembly and damage evaluation. Managing each repair throughout the process is crucial, as you will ensure that all work meets Crash Champions' quality standards by performing in-process quality control checks. Keeping customers informed and updated on the status of their vehicles is a key aspect of this position, as we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Additionally, you will be expected to pull and review all data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process. You will also handle the final repair order, manage disbursement paperwork, address any exceptions in the file, and ensure that all carrier-specific requirements are met. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
