About the position

The Crate Builder position involves assembling various components for crates in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is essential to the operations of the company, focusing on quality control and adherence to safety guidelines while working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various components for crates, panels, and bases
• Operate machinery and tools as required for the final assembly process
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure proper assembly standards
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Ability to lift and move materials as necessary

Requirements

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Flexibility to work the swing shift
• Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Must be reliable and punctual

Nice-to-haves

• Hand tools experience (1 year preferred)
• Driver's License (preferred)
• Day Shift availability (preferred)
