The role involves analyzing financial information to assess creditworthiness for loans, preparing evaluations of borrowers' financial conditions, and monitoring financial reporting requirements. This position serves as a stepping stone towards a career in commercial real estate lending, potentially leading to roles such as portfolio manager or relationship manager, with a focus on sales.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial and business information to determine creditworthiness for loans.
• Prepare written evaluations of borrowers' financial conditions and future outlooks.
• Identify strengths and risks associated with relationship sponsors and guarantors.
• Obtain and follow up on all required documents.
• Monitor financial reporting requirements and analyze financial and loan information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow-up.
• Ability to work independently and in groups on multiple tasks without compromising quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet resources.
