About the position

The CRE Service Lead at Reliant Group is responsible for managing on-site office furniture installations and service projects, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction. This role combines leadership with hands-on work, requiring effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders while maintaining a focus on safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of office furniture installations and service projects.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and propose solutions.
• Drive and unify labor crews while collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Maintain high quality installation and service standards.
• Train and mentor team members, providing feedback and acting as a role model.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Read blueprints and specifications to complete work assignments.
• Conduct pre-project site walks and assessments.
• Drive products to and from various locations in a box truck.
• Represent the company's culture of innovation and customer service.

Requirements

• 7 years of customer service experience.
• 8 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license.
• 9 years of experience with power tools.
• 10 years of leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial office furniture and systems solutions.
• Expert-level use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues on-site.
• Experience leading service/labor crews.
• Ability to pass required security clearances and obtain port authority access badges.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical/physical card.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience driving a 26' box truck.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
