About the position

The position involves managing client partner communication and expectations on creative work within the marketing and advertising teams at DISH. The role requires overseeing the creative development process, ensuring project deadlines are met, and facilitating effective communication between client partners and the creative team. This position is essential for guiding complex projects through rapidly changing business dynamics and supporting client meetings with necessary recaps and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client partner communication and expectations on creative work.
  • Intake creative briefs and requests, vet briefs for the creative team, and prioritize with project managers for maximum agency efficiency.
  • Guide projects through the creative development process under rapidly changing business dynamics.
  • Capture pertinent communication and creative project expectations as OneTen liaison.
  • Coordinate day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of client partner's requests.
  • Communicate frequently with client partners and creatives to maintain critical project deadlines and priorities.
  • Support all client meetings with recap, feedback, and next steps.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
