About the position

The Marketing Coordinator/Manager will be a vital part of a dynamic and award-winning branding and digital marketing agency based in Hollywood. This full-time remote position involves supporting various marketing and website development activities, ensuring effective account and project management, and contributing to strategic and creative processes. The role is designed for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual eager to grow within the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and interface with clients
  • Prepare project documentation including SOW, briefs, and production schedules
  • Develop brand, communication, and marketing strategies
  • Oversee the creative process including user experience and graphic design
  • Engage in copywriting for both creative and technical needs
  • Implement digital marketing strategies including social media, email marketing, SEO, and Google Ads
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics and CRM tools to prepare reports
  • Create presentations using Google Slides and InDesign

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an agency
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Asana
  • Proficient with Mac and Apple products
