About the position

As the Creative and Content Marketing Manager at Gables, you will lead the marketing team in developing and executing social media strategies, managing creative agency relationships, and overseeing various marketing initiatives. This role emphasizes creativity, community engagement, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance brand presence and drive marketing success in your designated regions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily social media presence and regularly update external social sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Drive strong engagement and organic growth across all social media communities.
  • Act as the lead for managing creative and branding agency relationships.
  • Oversee the company's Paws to Care program and Gables OneStop marketing system.
  • Manage photography and digital asset management, including virtual staging software.
  • Seek advertising opportunities on a regional basis to promote Gables.
  • Maintain and uphold the Gables Brand Standards Guidelines.
  • Support all lease-up efforts in specific markets as the regional marketing expert.
  • Collaborate with CMs/RMs/VPs to maximize traffic opportunities to communities and ensure marketing standards are followed.
  • Assist with 3rd party RFP new business presentations as needed.
  • Work with the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience on written communication to prospects, residents, associates, and internal customers.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, Design, or a related field, with an emphasis on graphic design and digital media preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in the apartment management industry preferred.
  • Experience with the Adobe creative suite is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with all levels of management.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Familiarity with photography management and digital asset management tools.
