About the position

The Creative and SEO Automation Specialist at Cubework is responsible for streamlining digital marketing workflows by combining creative automation with SEO automation. This role focuses on optimizing and automating SEO processes, including keyword research and content strategy, to enhance search visibility while producing branded visual content efficiently. The specialist will work with various tools to ensure cohesive, data-driven campaigns that align with the company's brand identity and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize creative automation tools to produce high-quality, visually consistent content that aligns with our brand identity across multiple channels.
  • Develop and scale ad variations for different platforms (social media, PPC, email) by leveraging bulk design and resizing features.
  • Automate content personalization for different audience segments and regions by implementing dynamic design variations tailored to specific buyer personas and geolocations.
  • Maintain cohesive brand aesthetics across all assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while reducing repetitive manual tasks through automation.
  • Automate keyword discovery, tracking, and clustering to identify high-impact keywords.
  • Use specialized SEO platforms to streamline keyword research and target optimization.
  • Implement automation tools to track and optimize on-page elements, maximizing search engine friendliness and relevancy.
  • Develop data-driven content strategies that integrate keyword opportunities and SEO insights.
  • Set up monitoring for key SEO health metrics using automation to ensure continuous site optimization.
  • Use analytics platforms to track campaign performance, measuring engagement, conversion rates, and SEO rankings.
  • Generate actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing protocols for visual and SEO campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of creative and SEO strategies.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders for feedback and approvals.
  • Educate and support team members on the use of creative automation and SEO tools.
  • Automate the creation, editing, and posting of video content for YouTube and Instagram Reels.
  • Ensure each video adheres to brand guidelines and engages target audiences.
  • Implement bulk scheduling and automated captioning to streamline content rollout across channels.
  • Monitor video analytics to measure performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SEO experience with a focus on automation, demonstrating a track record of successful search optimization outcomes.
  • Proficiency in link-building strategies and implementation, with experience in scaling campaigns through automation.
  • Strong expertise in keyword research, clustering, and tracking, particularly in leveraging automation tools to target high-impact keywords effectively.
  • Previous experience in a creative or digital marketing role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of Shopify backend development and customization for optimizing e-commerce SEO.
  • Advanced Google Analytics skills to analyze and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficient in Google Search Console for ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing search visibility.
