About the position

Responsibilities

• Defining the creative box for writers, art directors, and designers to operate in
• Guiding clients through the entire creative phase for brand invention and advertising projects
• Managing the creative process of multiple simultaneous projects
• Outlining creative brief and project kickoff
• Leading the writers room
• Defining and shaping platforms
• Providing creative feedback to writers, art directors, and designers
• Presenting brand and advertising projects to clients
• Leading projects through pre-production, production, and post-production

Requirements

• 4 years of advertising industry experience as a copywriter, art director, or creative director at an agency
• Experience managing other creatives and departments
• Experience in concepting, art direction, and writing dynamic copy
• Experience selling work and leading clients through creative development and production of assets
