About the position

The Creative Arts Event Director at Jellyland is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the birthday party program, ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly. This role combines training, event planning, and creative input to create memorable experiences for children in a fun and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor party hosts on directing children during birthday parties.
• Develop detailed training materials, including manuals and video tutorials.
• Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high standards of party execution.
• Collaborate with the CEO to craft engaging party outlines and scripts.
• Design and implement structured lesson plans for party hosts.
• Ensure all parties adhere to safety guidelines and provide a positive experience.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of party hosts for adequate coverage.
• Monitor performance of party hosts and provide feedback and training as needed.
• Act as the point of contact for parents and guardians, addressing concerns or requests.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in children's entertainment and crafts to enhance party offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
• Strong background in art and crafts, particularly in slime and decoden crafting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing lesson plans or training programs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
