About the position

We are in search of a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team in Edison, New Jersey. This role is significant in the Consumer Goods industry and will be instrumental in steering our brand's creative vision and strategy. As a Creative Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with leading our brand's creative endeavors, from campaign planning to art direction, while utilizing your expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage creative projects and guide a team towards achieving the brand's objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of creative brand strategies to enhance brand awareness. You will utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create engaging advertisements and direct the creation of innovative and compelling marketing campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure brand consistency across all channels. You will oversee art direction to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy and leverage CRM systems to track and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement. Continually monitoring industry trends and competitor strategies will inform your creative decisions, and you will provide strategic direction and guidance to the creative team to foster innovation and creativity. Additionally, you will manage and develop creative guidelines to ensure all materials align with brand identity and collaborate with senior management to align the creative strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the marketing or PR industry.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Proven experience in CRM and creating effective advertisements.
  • Strong skills in art direction, enhancing brand awareness, and campaign planning.
  • Ability to lead creative teams and direct brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
