About the position

The College Associate position in the Live Nation Media and Sponsorship Creative Team is designed for students or recent graduates specializing in copywriting. This role involves composing branded copy for various mediums, participating in creative brainstorming sessions, and maintaining cultural fluency in music and pop culture. The position is a summer internship that offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing collaboration and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Compose branded copy to help sell conceptual ideas and execute sold-through programs for experiential and social projects.
• Write compelling and grammatically clean copy across various mediums including long form, short form, headlines, naming, social media, and manifestos.
• Participate in conceptual brainstorms to learn about the creative process through brand partnerships in the live music space.
• Attend weekly team meetings with the entire creative/strategy team.
• Maintain cultural fluency in music, pop culture, and current events.

Requirements

• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate.
• Strong writing and grammatical skills.
• Ability to adapt language to match brand tone and guidelines.
• Collaborative document experience in Google Suite, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Positive outlook with a 'Yes, and...' mentality.
• Passion for the music space is a plus.
