About the position

EXP Journeys is seeking a Creative Designer & Content Specialist to enhance its luxury travel brand through compelling visuals and thoughtful design. This role focuses on creating on-brand assets for client-facing materials, including travel program visuals, website assets, and social media graphics, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the sophistication and creativity of EXP Journeys. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design for luxury markets and a passion for visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design bespoke visual elements for client travel programs, including personalized itineraries and welcome materials.
• Create cohesive and visually appealing assets for EXP's website, including infographics and interactive elements.
• Design on-brand graphics for social media campaigns and email marketing.
• Maintain and evolve EXP Journeys' visual brand identity across all materials.
• Design print collateral such as brochures and postcards to enhance client experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to visually communicate client success stories and EXP's core values.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.
• Exceptional eye for design, typography, and composition with a strong understanding of luxury aesthetics.
• A portfolio showcasing versatile, high-quality digital and print design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• A genuine appreciation for luxury travel and cultural storytelling.

Nice-to-haves
