About the position

Iterative Health is seeking a mission-driven, creative, hands-on Creative & Digital Manager to join the marketing team. This role involves championing brand innovation, conceptualizing and executing brand designs, managing external agencies, and developing design processes. The manager will utilize visual storytelling and creative design expertise to create content across various mediums, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve the brand language, identity, assets, and guidelines while ensuring consistency across all design assets.
  • Transform complex clinical or technical information into visually pleasing and informative narratives through collaboration.
  • Design and develop webpages, landing pages, blog posts, and social media visuals to support product marketing campaigns.
  • Create unique and engaging visuals, videos, and simple animations that enhance brand recognition.
  • Track and report baseline web analytics and make informed, data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience at a design/creative agency or in-house.
  • Excellence in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Figma, and content management systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of web development environments e.g. CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • Stays current on latest visual, brand, and creative design trends.
