About the position

The Creative Director, Art Director - Temporary position at Dentsu Creative involves leading the creation of digital creative for performance marketing for a global tech company. The role requires solid design and art direction experience, with a focus on conceptualizing and executing impactful ideas across various digital platforms. The position is temporary, starting on December 2, 2024, and will last through the end of the year, requiring availability to work PST hours.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Lead teams and inspire them to excel beyond the brief.
  • Create engaging paid social media content, OLV, banners, email campaigns, and display ads.
  • Mentor direct reports and foster a supportive culture.
  • Nurture client relationships and present creative concepts to clients.
  • Ensure creative choices align with messaging strategies and meet client goals.
  • Seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to promote new ideas.

Requirements

  • Solid design and art direction experience.
  • Experience with paid ads, banners, display ads, landing pages, OLV, and email.
  • Background in tech and product launches is preferred.
  • Digital portfolio highlighting performance marketing campaigns and implementations.
