About the position

The Creative Director, Art at Day One Agency is a pivotal role within the creative team, responsible for leading and inspiring design and creative efforts. This position emphasizes storytelling and audience connection across various mediums, requiring a blend of creativity, leadership, and collaboration. Responsibilities

• Inspire, motivate, and mentor internal design & creative teams to think differently and elevate their work.
• Develop concepts designed to connect with culture and resonate with audiences.
• Lead and champion big ideas, executing creative and brand vision for clients and the Day One brand.
• Shape and develop cohesive narratives, maximizing the quality of output.
• Ideate and develop breakthrough concepts, setting an example for the team.
• Bring a solution-oriented approach to every challenge.
• Communicate consistently and effectively across teams.
• Review and refine briefs, project plans, and staffing across projects.
• Act as a true team player, willing to take on any creative task, big or small.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience in art direction/design.
• Experience successfully leading creative projects from ideation through to execution.
• Comfort working cross-discipline.
• Driven by the creative landscape of social media.
• Comfortable with complex assignments and collaborating within a diverse team.
• Visually led skill set, with the ability to oversee ideation and presentations.
• Experience project managing deliverables and organizing resources.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a style that inspires.
• Bachelor's degree.
