We are seeking a collaborative and positive leader to support brand marketing for Amazon Fresh grocery stores. As the Creative Director of Copy, you will own the brand voice for Amazon Fresh and lead copy development for customer-facing materials including in-store signage, paid media, social media, Amazon.com, email, direct mail, and private brand packaging. You will work daily with your counterparts in Design, Art Direction, and Packaging to deliver marketing campaigns, launch new programs, and overall drive brand awareness, sales, and customer retention for Amazon Fresh. This role requires building relationships with business partners on both the Amazon and Whole Foods teams, and the ability to pivot in the face of fast-paced change is essential. To be successful, the leader in this role must be passionate about messaging strategy and highly skilled at working with multiple stakeholders to create clarity from complexity. You must be able to identify and communicate the key marketing messages in any given project, from brand-building campaigns to tactical promotional messaging.
