As a Creative Director, Copy for Health, you will be the go-to creative leader for assigned brand(s), providing thoughtful leadership, strategic clarity, inspiration, and direction to teams. You will help develop strong ideas that solve clients' business challenges and provide actionable, clear, and strategic feedback for teams. Collaborating closely with Strategy, Account, and the client, you will ensure that ideas align with the creative brief. Your ability to conceive and persuasively present award-worthy concepts and recommendations to internal teams and clients will be crucial. You will lead production efforts, demonstrating the ability to work within budget or articulate justification for budget increases when necessary. Building strong relationships with clients and spotting opportunities to enhance or build on projects will be key aspects of your role. You will manage multiple projects, sometimes for various brands with different scopes, ensuring that all project deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thoughtful leadership, strategic clarity, inspiration, and direction to teams for assigned brand(s).
  • Develop strong ideas that solve clients' business challenges.
  • Provide actionable, clear, and strategic feedback for teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Account, and the client to ensure ideas align with the creative brief.
  • Conceive and persuasively present award-worthy concepts and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Lead production efforts and work within budget or justify budget increases with the Account Team.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to enhance or build on projects.
  • Present confidently to clients and communicate how creative work/design meets strategic and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects for various brands with different scopes and ensure all project deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Possess a high degree of creativity and the ability to generate innovative, award-worthy creative and strategic ideas.
  • Display confident and persuasive presentation skills and respond well to challenging client situations.
  • Act as a liaison between agency vendors and clients comfortably.
  • Push back on briefs or strategic directions as necessary and collaborate with senior-level co-workers and clients.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual thinking, preferably in the healthcare/pharma industry.
  • 8-10+ years of equivalent experience with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
