About the position

As a Creative Director at SiriusXM Media, you will set the strategic direction for the brand's future and its market activation. This role involves overseeing both internal teams and external agencies to create impactful digital experiences and campaigns. You will play a crucial role in brand development, ensuring innovative and engaging content that resonates with audiences while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and market expression of the SiriusXM Media brand across digital, social, video, and experiential activations.
  • Pitch concepts for brand activations and campaigns across experiential, digital, social, and video.
  • Ideate new ways to activate the portfolio at experiential activations with an emphasis on creating immersive experiences.
  • Discover creative solutions to create impact in a crowded B2B brand space.
  • Drive the creation of innovative and engaging 360 content, campaigns, and experiences.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of creatives, fostering an environment of cooperation, innovation, and growth.
  • Work and coordinate relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to develop creative that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating new design techniques into branding projects.
  • Manage multiple projects balancing creativity and practical execution.
  • Communicate and present design concepts and strategies effectively to internal partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all creative output is cohesive, top-quality, and aligned with the brand's core objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience in a creative leadership role, at an agency or in-house, with a focus on brand and design.
  • Design, Advertising, or Communications Degree or relevant work experience, with special attention on innovative and immersive experiential activations.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design across various platforms, with an emphasis on 360 campaigns, preferably those with an experiential component.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and conceptual skills to build effective pitch decks for stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Comprehensive understanding of brand development at a portfolio level, marketing, and multimedia design.
  • Experience working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate and jump into art direction and design when needed.
  • Competence in collaborating with teams across different time zones.
