Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team responsible for digital marketing communications initiatives.
• Oversee the creation of digital experiences for Aetna.com, CVS.com, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement digital identity systems and guidelines for the organization.
• Inspire and mentor creative staff at all levels to foster innovation and creativity.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence and drive creative strategies.
• Create effective online customer experiences and engaging social media content.

Requirements

• 10 years of overall work experience.
• 4 years of experience in a digital creative director role or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative brand-building and sales-driving work.

• Knowledge of working for a large, complex client organization.
• Experience in health care, insurance, retail, or ecommerce communications.
• Ability to create award-winning communications and digital identity systems.
• Extensive digital background and understanding of digital tools and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidance (WCAG 2.0).
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (CMS and DAM).
• Ability to work expertly in all major social media platforms.
• Experience with Motion and Experience Design APIs (After Effects, AR, Voice, etc.).
