Requirements

• 10 years of overall work experience.
• 4 years of experience in a digital creative director role or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative brand-building and sales-driving work.

• Experience working for a large, complex client organization.
• Background in health care, insurance, retail, or ecommerce communications.
• Ability to create and lead the development of integrated campaigns for national brands.
• Knowledge of user experience best practices and WCAG 2.0.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and digital marketing tools.
