About the position

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high creative standards for all digital output through thorough reviews.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform creative strategies and make adjustments based on user behavior.

Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, digital marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in creative leadership positions and digital creative roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UX/UI as it relates to the ed tech market.
  • Fully conversant in all WCAG accessibility requirements.
  • Outstanding visual and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving skills for user interface challenges.
  • High level of attention to detail and mastery of information design.
  • Proficiency in creative software such as Figma, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Nice-to-haves
