About the position

The Creative Director Experiential at 160over90 is a leadership role focused on creating innovative and impactful cross-channel campaigns that resonate with culture. This position requires a deep understanding of both digital and traditional brand building, with a strong emphasis on experiential marketing. The Creative Director will lead creative teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure that all creative work aligns with client goals while pushing creative boundaries. The role demands a collaborative spirit, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of breakthrough cross-channel campaigns that enhance client visibility in culture.
  • Manage and inspire creative teams to develop compelling brand narratives and concepts.
  • Deliver clear and concise feedback to creative teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure creative work is on-brand and effective.
  • Conceptualize creative from brief to end product while managing multiple projects and tight timelines.
  • Advocate for creative ideas by confidently presenting to leadership and clients.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team and clients.
  • Research and develop innovative ideas for clients' brands across various advertising mediums.
  • Drive the overall creative aesthetic and concept creation, ensuring consistency and efficacy of creative work.
  • Conduct ongoing performance reviews of the team and provide growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting.
  • Degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing/communications or similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of experiential and production, including consumer activations and large-scale events.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new ideas and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think strategically and see ideas through to polished execution.
