About the position

At EcomfyLead, the Creative Director for User-Generated Content (UGC) video production will design and execute authentic, high-impact advertising campaigns. This role is pivotal in leading the creation of UGC videos that resonate with audiences, utilizing the latest social media trends and editing tools to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the production of authentic, engaging, and effective user-generated videos for advertising campaigns.
• Write persuasive and concise scripts (around 50 seconds) that motivate users to participate and generate relevant content.
• Supervise, edit, and enhance UGC content using tools like CapCut or other quick editing platforms, ensuring it meets brand standards.
• Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize video editing and improve efficiency in UGC video production.
• Align UGC campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UGC and social media trends to ensure the content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with audience preferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating, directing, and editing UGC content for advertising campaigns.
• Ability to work with smartphones and edit videos on platforms like CapCut or other quick editing tools.
• Advanced knowledge of social media trends and advertising on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
• Experience using AI tools for video editing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead content production in fast-paced environments.
• Creative and proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
