About the position

At Ecomfy Lead, we are looking for a Creative Director passionate about creating video content for high-impact advertising campaigns. This role is essential for designing and executing ads that capture the audience's attention and generate results, using the latest trends in social media and editing technology. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing 50-second scripts, recording with mobile devices, fast and efficient editing (preferably with CapCut), as well as knowledge of AI tools to optimize video editing. The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative of our advertising efforts, ensuring that each piece of content resonates with our target audience and drives conversions. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Creating scripts for video ads: Write short, dynamic, and persuasive scripts (50 seconds) that drive conversions.
• Recording advertising videos: Shoot and direct recordings using smartphones, focusing on visual and narrative quality.
• Directing actors: Guide talent to ensure the message and tone of the ad are on point.
• Editing video ads: Edit videos quickly and effectively, using platforms like CapCut (or your preferred tool), ensuring a high-quality standard.
• AI-powered editing: Utilize AI tools to enhance and optimize the editing process.
• Trend monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media and digital advertising trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience in writing scripts, recording, and editing video ads.
• Ability to work with smartphones and edit on fast platforms like CapCut or other editing tools.
• Advanced knowledge of social media trends and advertising platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
• Experience using AI tools for video editing.
• Excellent ability to direct actors and manage video production, even in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
