As the Creative Director for Hydro Flask, you will lead all consumer communication creative direction across various platforms, including brand campaigns, product campaigns, packaging, website, retail, and social media. You will oversee the Creative Team within the marketing department and report directly to the VP of Marketing. Your role will involve developing and executing innovative and compelling creative strategies that align with Hydro Flask's brand vision and objectives. You will lead and encourage the Creative Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the conceptualization and execution of creative assets for brand campaigns, product launches, packaging, website, retail displays, and social media. You will ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints, improving brand recognition and dedication. Additionally, you will oversee copy development for the brand across all touchpoints, including campaigns, product descriptions, packaging, website, and social media. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, will be essential to align creative initiatives with business goals. You will also develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual and verbal communication, apply expertise in social media, video production, and storytelling to build engaging and impactful content, and coordinate the production of high-quality video content for various platforms. Mentoring and developing the Creative Team will be a key aspect of your role, providing guidance, feedback, and professional growth opportunities. You will cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation while managing the allocation of creative resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
