As a Creative Director and people manager in the Brand Innovation Lab's Premium Content Production team at Amazon Advertising, you will be at the forefront of leading innovative campaigns for a diverse array of global brands. This role encompasses the entire creative process, from the initial creative brief to the successful launch of campaigns. You will collaborate closely with solutions managers to spearhead Prime Video Sponsorships and other innovative campaigns, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional results that resonate with both advertisers and customers. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of direct reports, which may consist of art directors, copywriters, designers, and solutions managers. You will work in tandem with content producers and design technologists to leverage Amazon's extensive suite of tools and services, crafting unique programs that utilize platforms such as Alexa, Twitch, IMDb, and Prime Video. Your role will require you to develop high-level creative strategies that align with business objectives while enhancing the customer experience. You will be expected to juggle multiple projects, consistently delivering high-quality results despite competing priorities. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, you will need to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and external media and creative agencies.
