About the position

The Creative Director/Marketing Manager will translate the Executive Team's vision into actionable branding strategies across various mediums. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the marketing mix, market research analysis, and customer behavior to effectively enhance brand awareness and maintain high standards for the company's branding efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the Executive Team's vision into branding strategies.
  • Maintain the CRM database and manage the showroom.
  • Ensure the company's brand is of high caliber and in good standing.
  • Create designs, images, and spreadsheets to analyze quantitative data.
  • Interpret ROI and KPI metrics to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop marketing collaterals including printed media, displays, pictures, and videos.
  • Utilize email and social media channels to increase brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on industry changes, marketing tools, and technology.

Requirements

  • Full understanding of the marketing mix.
  • Experience in analyzing market research and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in creating designs and images.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative data and interpret ROI and KPI metrics.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
