About the position

As the Creative Director at Fireblocks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand identity of our company, which is at the forefront of the digital asset revolution. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and unleash a brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience. This involves re-establishing and evangelizing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all mediums and interactions. You will oversee the creative process from conception to execution, ensuring that our brand is visually stunning and strategically sound. This includes managing the visual storytelling across all platforms to create a cohesive and engaging brand experience. In addition to brand strategy, you will cultivate and manage a global network of creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners. You will be responsible for developing a resource management and team hiring plan to support our creative initiatives. Your role will also involve conceptualizing and leading the development of innovative campaigns that captivate our audience and elevate our brand. You will ensure that all creative content is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our high standards of quality and creativity. As a leader, you will analyze the effectiveness of creative strategies and campaigns, using insights to optimize and refine our approach. Staying informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices will be crucial to keeping our creative strategies fresh and relevant. Your ability to leverage data to drive brand decision-making will be essential in this role, as will your strong collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively across time zones.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in design software, digital marketing tools, and platforms.
  • Strong collaborator, able to work across time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for brand decision-making.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
