About the position

The Creative Director for Retail Experience and Brand at Starbucks will lead internal teams and external agencies to enhance the brand's creative standards across various retail initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and application of brand and creative standards across retail initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of creatives, fostering a positive and inclusive studio culture.
• Set direction and approve a wide range of omnichannel creative projects and campaigns.
• Drive the development of innovative creative solutions in response to business briefs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop key strategies and align on annual scope of work.
• Champion creative work while ensuring alignment with customer and brand objectives.
• Interpret current trends and competition to shape creative direction.

Requirements

• Experience in setting campaign creative direction and managing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to lead creative processes and build consensus with clients and senior executives.
• Experience in building and developing creative teams and cultivating a creative culture.
• Mastery of creative, content, and design principles to guide projects effectively.
• Ability to interpret trends and provide clear feedback to teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing.
