About the position

As the Creative Director at Anywhere Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy of The Studio, our internal creative agency. This position is designed for a visionary leader who is passionate about storytelling, design, and innovation. You will be responsible for driving the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and overall business strategy. Your leadership will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. In this role, you will oversee the creative direction for various projects, providing guidance on both copy and design. You will collaborate closely with a senior design team to lead brand development and campaign concepts, ensuring that all marketing collateral adheres to brand compliance and maintains brand integrity. Your ability to connect creative approaches to business strategies will be essential in aligning marketing strategies with company goals. You will also be responsible for quality assurance, overseeing both digital and print materials, and implementing innovative creative strategies that push the boundaries of traditional marketing. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices will be crucial to maintaining The Studio's reputation as a leader in creative solutions. Your role will also involve mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of a compelling creative vision and guide concept creation.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear strategies and create marketing strategies for company goals.
  • Provide creative leadership including copy and design direction for large initiatives or projects.
  • Lead brand development and campaign concepts, collaborating with the senior design team.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Ensure consistent brand usage across all marketing collateral and maintain brand integrity.
  • Connect the creative approach to the business strategy and align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee digital and print materials, ensuring quality assurance in all outputs.
  • Lead regular inspiration and education series for creatives to foster growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey creative concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
