About the position

As the Creative Director at Anywhere Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy of The Studio, our internal creative agency. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's marketing objectives. You will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of excellence. This role requires outstanding creative judgment across various mediums and channels, as well as the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear and actionable strategies. In addition to leading the creative direction, you will oversee brand development and campaign concepts, collaborating closely with the senior design team to ensure that all projects are executed effectively. You will continuously evaluate and improve creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality, while also staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining brand integrity and ensuring consistent brand usage across all marketing collateral. As a strategic collaborator, you will connect the creative approach to the overall business strategy, aligning marketing strategies with business goals. You will also be responsible for quality assurance, overseeing both digital and print materials, and leading regular inspiration and education sessions for the creative team. Your role will not only involve managing the creative output but also mentoring and coaching team members to help them articulate the rationale behind their creative decisions.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
