About the position

As the Creative Director at The Studio, Anywhere Real Estate's internal creative agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy and vision for the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of compelling creative concepts that resonate with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will lead a talented team of designers and strategists, guiding them from the initial concept phase through to the final execution of projects. Your leadership will ensure that all creative outputs not only meet but exceed client expectations, while also maintaining the integrity of our brand across various channels and mediums. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. You will push for innovation, exploring opportunities to leverage technology, including AI, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our creative processes. Your expertise in digital design and brand development will be crucial as you oversee the creative direction for large initiatives and new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the senior design team, ensuring that all creative work is cohesive and strategically aligned with our business objectives. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring brand compliance across all marketing collateral, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity. You will oversee the quality assurance of both digital and print materials, leading regular inspiration and education sessions for the creative team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices will be essential to keep The Studio at the forefront of creative excellence. Your role will also involve strategic collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring that the creative approach is consistently connected to the broader business strategy. By effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions, you will help to elevate The Studio's reputation and influence within the organization and the industry at large.

  • Oversee the quality assurance of digital and print materials.
  • Lead regular inspiration and education series for creatives and implement innovative creative strategies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey creative concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
