About the position

As the Creative Director at Anywhere Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy of The Studio, our internal creative agency. This position is designed for a visionary leader who is passionate about storytelling, design, and innovation. You will be responsible for driving the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with our marketing objectives and business goals. Your leadership will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. In this role, you will oversee the creative direction for various initiatives, providing guidance on both copy and design. You will lead brand development and campaign concepts, collaborating closely with a senior design team to ensure that our creative output is not only innovative but also consistent with our brand identity. Staying attuned to industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial as you continuously evaluate and improve our creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring brand compliance across all marketing collateral, maintaining brand integrity, and strategically connecting our creative approach to the overall business strategy. You will oversee the quality assurance of digital and print materials, lead regular inspiration and education sessions for the creative team, and implement innovative strategies that push the boundaries of creativity. This role is not just about managing projects; it's about inspiring a team and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within The Studio.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of a compelling creative vision and guide concept creation.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear strategies and create marketing strategies for company goals.
  • Provide creative leadership including copy and design direction for large initiatives or projects.
  • Lead brand development and campaign concepts, collaborating with the senior design team.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Ensure consistent brand usage across marketing collateral and maintain brand integrity.
  • Connect the creative approach to the business strategy and align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee digital and print materials, ensuring quality assurance.
  • Lead regular inspiration and education series for creatives and implement innovative creative strategies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to sell the why behind the creative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
