About the position

As the Creative Director at Anywhere Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy of The Studio, our internal creative agency. This position is designed for a visionary leader who is passionate about storytelling, design, and innovation. You will be responsible for driving the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and business goals. Your leadership will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. In this role, you will oversee the creative direction for various projects, providing guidance on both copy and design. You will lead brand development initiatives and campaign concepts, collaborating closely with a senior design team to ensure that all creative work is not only innovative but also strategically aligned with the company's objectives. Your ability to stay attuned to industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial in maintaining The Studio's reputation as a leader in creative solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring brand compliance across all marketing collateral, maintaining the integrity and evolution of the brand. This includes overseeing both digital and print materials, implementing innovative creative strategies, and leading regular inspiration and education sessions for the creative team. Your role will require exceptional communication and presentation skills, as you will need to articulate the rationale behind creative decisions and mentor your team to do the same. Ultimately, your work will contribute to transforming and elevating the real estate experience for our clients, making this a highly impactful position within the organization.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
