About the position

As the Creative Director at The Studio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy for Anywhere Real Estate. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's marketing objectives. You will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of excellence. This role requires outstanding creative judgment across various mediums and channels, allowing you to achieve creative excellence in all projects undertaken by The Studio. In addition to leading the creative direction, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that support the company's goals. You will push for innovation and seek opportunities for time savings, particularly through the use of AI technologies. Your leadership will extend to providing creative direction for large initiatives, projects, and new business opportunities, ensuring that the brand's integrity is maintained while evolving its visual identity. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with a senior design team to lead brand development and campaign concepts. You will continuously evaluate and improve creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality, staying attuned to industry trends and best practices. Your role will also involve ensuring consistent brand usage across all marketing collateral, thereby maintaining brand integrity. As a strategic collaborator, you will connect the creative approach to the overall business strategy, aligning marketing strategies with business goals. You will oversee the quality assurance of both digital and print materials, leading regular inspiration and education series for creatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Your ability to communicate effectively and present ideas will be crucial in selling the creative vision and mentoring your team to do the same.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
