About the position

As the Creative Director at Anywhere Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy of The Studio, our internal creative agency. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and enhances the overall brand experience. You will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of excellence. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate marketing goals into clear strategies and push for innovative solutions, including the integration of AI to streamline processes and enhance creativity. In addition to leading the creative direction, you will oversee brand development and campaign concepts, collaborating closely with the senior design team to ensure that all projects reflect the brand's integrity and evolution. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent brand usage across all marketing collateral and ensuring that the creative approach aligns with the business strategy. Your leadership will also involve quality assurance, overseeing both digital and print materials, and implementing innovative creative strategies that inspire and educate the creative team. The Studio thrives on innovation, and as the Creative Director, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices. Your ability to evaluate and improve creative processes will be crucial in enhancing efficiency and output quality. You will also lead regular inspiration and education series for creatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. This role is not just about managing projects; it's about inspiring a team of storytellers, designers, and strategists to craft captivating brand experiences that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the creative process from concept to completion.

  • Create marketing strategies for company goals.
  • Push for innovation and time savings opportunities (AI).
  • Provide creative leadership including copy and design direction for creative briefs, large initiatives, or projects and new business opportunities.
  • Lead brand development and campaign concepts.
  • Collaborate with the senior design team.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent brand usage across marketing collateral.
  • Maintain brand integrity and evolution.
  • Connect the creative approach to the business strategy.
  • Align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee digital and print materials.
  • Lead regular inspiration/education series for creatives.
  • Implement innovative creative strategies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to sell the why behind the creative and coach/mentor creatives to do the same.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
