About the position

As the Creative Director at Anywhere Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy of The Studio, our internal creative agency. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's marketing objectives. You will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of excellence. This role requires outstanding creative judgment across various mediums and channels, allowing you to achieve creative excellence in all projects undertaken by The Studio. In addition to leading the creative direction, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that support the company's goals. You will push for innovation and explore time-saving opportunities, particularly through the use of AI technologies. Your leadership will extend to providing direction for copy and design, overseeing large initiatives, and collaborating closely with the senior design team to ensure that all brand development and campaign concepts are executed effectively. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining brand compliance, ensuring that all marketing collateral adheres to the established brand guidelines and evolves in a way that enhances brand integrity. Your strategic collaboration with project stakeholders will be essential in connecting the creative approach to the overall business strategy, aligning marketing strategies with business goals. Quality assurance will be a key aspect of your role, as you will oversee both digital and print materials, ensuring that they meet the highest standards. You will lead regular inspiration and education sessions for the creative team, implementing innovative strategies that enhance the creative processes and output quality. Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
