About the position

As the Creative Director at The Studio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy for Anywhere Real Estate. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's marketing objectives. You will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of excellence. This role requires outstanding creative judgment across various mediums and channels, allowing you to achieve creative excellence in all projects. In addition to leading the creative direction, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that support the company's goals. You will push for innovation and seek opportunities for time savings, particularly through the use of AI technologies. Your leadership will extend to providing direction for copy and design, overseeing brand development, and collaborating closely with the senior design team to ensure that all creative initiatives are executed effectively. You will also be tasked with maintaining brand compliance, ensuring that all marketing collateral adheres to the established brand guidelines. This includes overseeing the quality assurance of both digital and print materials, as well as leading regular inspiration and education sessions for the creative team. Your ability to connect the creative approach to the overall business strategy will be crucial in aligning marketing strategies with business goals, ultimately enhancing The Studio's reputation within the industry.   • Oversee the quality assurance of digital and print materials.
  • Lead regular inspiration and education series for creatives.
  • Implement innovative creative strategies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
