About the position

As the Creative Director at The Studio, Anywhere Real Estate's internal creative agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy and vision for the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of innovative and compelling creative solutions that resonate with our brand and exceed client expectations. You will lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all marketing objectives are translated into clear and actionable strategies. Your outstanding creative judgment will guide the team in producing high-quality work across various mediums and channels, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, pushing for innovation, and identifying opportunities for efficiency, including the use of AI technologies. You will provide creative leadership, offering direction for copy and design on major initiatives and new business opportunities. Your collaboration with the senior design team will be essential in leading brand development and campaign concepts, while continuously evaluating and improving creative processes to enhance output quality. You will also ensure brand compliance by maintaining consistent brand usage across all marketing collateral and overseeing the integrity and evolution of the brand. Your strategic collaboration will connect the creative approach to the overall business strategy, aligning marketing strategies with business goals. Quality assurance will be a key aspect of your role, as you will oversee both digital and print materials, lead regular inspiration and education sessions for creatives, and implement innovative creative strategies that elevate The Studio's reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of a compelling creative vision and guide concept creation.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear strategies.
  • Create marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Push for innovation and identify time-saving opportunities, including the use of AI.
  • Provide creative leadership for copy and design direction on major initiatives and new business opportunities.
  • Lead brand development and campaign concepts in collaboration with the senior design team.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Ensure consistent brand usage across all marketing collateral and maintain brand integrity.
  • Connect the creative approach to the business strategy and align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee digital and print materials and lead regular inspiration/education series for creatives.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey creative concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
