About the position

As the Creative Director at Anywhere Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy of The Studio, our internal creative agency. You will be responsible for driving the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and overall business strategy. Your leadership will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. In this role, you will oversee the creative direction for various projects, providing guidance on both copy and design. You will lead brand development initiatives and campaign concepts, collaborating closely with a senior design team to ensure that all creative work is not only innovative but also adheres to brand compliance standards. Your ability to stay attuned to industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial in maintaining The Studio's reputation as a leader in creative solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance processes for both digital and print materials, ensuring that all outputs are consistent with the brand's identity and messaging. You will also lead regular inspiration and education sessions for the creative team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development. Your role will require exceptional communication and presentation skills, as you will need to articulate the rationale behind creative decisions to stakeholders and mentor your team in doing the same.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
