About the position

As the Creative Director at Anywhere Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy of The Studio, our internal creative agency. This position is designed for a visionary leader who is passionate about storytelling, design, and innovation. You will be responsible for driving the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with our marketing objectives and enhances the overall brand experience. Your leadership will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. In this role, you will oversee the creative direction for various initiatives, providing guidance on both copy and design. You will collaborate closely with a senior design team to lead brand development and campaign concepts, while also ensuring that all marketing collateral adheres to brand compliance standards. Your ability to connect creative approaches to business strategies will be essential in aligning our marketing efforts with company goals. You will also be responsible for quality assurance, overseeing both digital and print materials, and implementing innovative creative strategies that push the boundaries of traditional marketing. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices will be crucial as you continuously evaluate and improve our creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality. Your role will not only involve leading projects but also mentoring and coaching other creatives to foster a culture of excellence within The Studio.

Responsibilities

  • Connect creative approaches to business strategies to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Oversee the quality of digital and print materials, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Lead regular inspiration and education sessions for the creative team.
  • Implement innovative creative strategies to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in senior creative leadership roles with a track record of successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey creative concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
