About the position

As the Creative Director at Anywhere Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy of The Studio, our internal creative agency. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's marketing objectives. You will guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of excellence. This role requires outstanding creative judgment across various mediums and channels, allowing you to translate marketing objectives into clear and actionable strategies. In addition to leading the creative direction, you will oversee brand development and campaign concepts, collaborating closely with the senior design team. Your ability to stay attuned to industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial in pushing for innovation and efficiency within the creative processes. You will also ensure brand compliance, maintaining the integrity and evolution of our brand across all marketing collateral. Your role will involve strategic collaboration with project stakeholders, ensuring that the creative approach is consistently aligned with business strategies. You will oversee the quality assurance of both digital and print materials, implementing innovative creative strategies that elevate The Studio's reputation. Furthermore, you will lead regular inspiration and education series for creatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
