Your advocacy for the user will drive the integration of behavioral analytics, customer feedback, and usability testing into all product and engineering decisions. Additionally, you will establish and promote design guidelines and interaction standards through a Digital Design System that encompasses digital standards, pattern libraries, style guides, and accessibility guidelines. Your operational expertise will enable the UX and Design community to conduct the right activities at the right time, supported by best practices, interaction models, and training.
