About the position

The Creative Director V position is a remote contract role focused on leading marketing creative initiatives in collaboration with agencies and product marketers. The successful candidate will represent client-owned brands, driving innovation and strategic thinking to develop impactful brand-building campaigns across various media formats. This role requires a strong background in creative direction and a proven ability to execute marketing strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and lead marketing creative campaigns with agency partners, providing strategic feedback for art or copy.
  • Represent the Meta brand and guide agency partners towards achieving project goals while balancing creative excellence.
  • Develop and inform creative briefs that offer strategic insights and data-driven results to inspire creative concepts.
  • Collaborate with creatives, designers, and cross-functional team members to produce standout global campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop scalable design frameworks aimed at optimizing creative performance.
  • Drive alignment across internal partners and leadership around core concepts and ideas.
  • Become a trusted partner across the marketing organization, including marketing, program management, product marketing, analytics, and sales.
  • Implement and iterate on best practices for marketing channels across paid and owned media, educating cross-functional teams on these practices.

Requirements

  • A robust portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Technology and product experience required.
  • Experience overseeing and collaborating with agencies and creative teams.
  • Experience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in an integrated marketing environment.
  • Experience working with data and insights in a results-oriented environment.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Sports marketing experience ideal.
