Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in an advertising agency or entertainment industry.
• Strong writing skills with a portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Experience in a 'writer's room' environment, particularly in TV or Film.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of writers and creatives.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
