About the position

The Creative Director at Apex Service Partners is responsible for leading the in-house Creative and Video functions that support marketing and operations. This strategic role involves overseeing the development and production of branding, marketing, and communications to enhance customer and operator engagement. The Creative Director will build a talented team of graphic artists, manage creative projects across various channels, and ensure the delivery of high-quality creative solutions that align with business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build a support team of talented graphic artists for brand marketing and creative needs.
  • Support strategic programs requiring omni-channel marketing assets across various media.
  • Formalize and organize creative standards/resources by brand through style guides and messaging.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic problem solving for creative projects.
  • Manage an effective request management and trafficking system for brand support.
  • Apply consumer behavior best practices to all communications.
  • Support brand directors and managers on creative input requests in a timely manner.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of brand campaign assets and marketing materials.
  • Continuously seek improvements through new technology and best practices.
  • Manage departmental KPIs around job timing, volume, revisions, and quality scores.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience in a high-performance marketing or creative department.
  • Strong working knowledge of design, brand development, project management, and creative production.
  • Ability to lead projects and creative teams from concept to completion.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud).
  • Experience with digital project management/approval software.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative concepting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to create and manage production timelines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a multi-brand marketing/branding/creative agency.
  • Proven track record of supervising and training a team.
  • History of refreshing creative vision and drive for purposeful work.
