The Creative Director at Life Family Church is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the Creative Department, which plays a crucial role in developing all creative projects for the church. This position requires collaboration with the Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor on major initiatives and events, ensuring that the church's vision is effectively communicated through various media platforms. The Creative Director will also work closely with other departments, including Central and Campus ministries, to ensure a cohesive approach to creative projects across all church campuses. In this role, the Creative Director will establish and maintain standards for the Life Family brand, ensuring consistency across all media outputs. The position involves managing the creative arts, print, and video teams, and providing creative direction for weekend services across all campuses. The Creative Director will be responsible for planning and coordinating media assets for weekend services, special events, and conferences, while also communicating project progress to the Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor. Additionally, the Creative Director will oversee all copyrighted material and intellectual property under the Creative Department's control, ensuring legal compliance and protection of the church's creative outputs. Building relationships with campus creatives and liaising with campus pastors will be essential to ensure high-quality productions at each campus. The role also includes producing marketing materials for special events such as Easter, concerts, and Christmas, as well as managing department budgets and approving all videos and print pieces. The Creative Director is expected to embody the values of Life Family Church, demonstrating a positive attitude, loyalty, and a servant's heart while fulfilling the church's mission with integrity and passion.
