About the position

As the Creative Director at REP Fitness, you will lead the creative vision and output for the brand, ensuring that all marketing campaigns and visual experiences resonate with the audience. This role involves strategic leadership, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, and managing a team of creative professionals to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. You will collaborate closely with various departments to align creative strategies with business goals and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute REP's brand and creative vision, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's mission.
  • Oversee and lead the creative direction for integrated marketing campaigns, including video, social, and digital.
  • Collaborate with production teams from ideation to final execution, ensuring that creative output meets brand and quality standards.
  • Manage creative project timelines, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines, elevating REP's visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance REP's creative output.
  • Use performance data and audience insights to guide creative decisions and improve future campaigns.
  • Educate cross-functional teams on REP's brand standards to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of related experience in creative direction or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Experience in the fitness industry.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
