About the position

As the Creative Director at BetterHelp, you will lead creative production and vision to develop innovative ad concepts across various channels. This role involves supervising a team of designers and content producers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the brand's message is consistent and impactful. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the BetterHelp brand and mental health awareness globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative production and vision for ad concepts across digital and traditional channels.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of designers, social media managers, and content producers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align creative content with overall strategy and brand identity.
  • Maximize ad performance across all channels and create winning ad campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize ad production resources for efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data and iterate on creative strategies based on results.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Define the creative vision for advertising materials, including design and messaging.
  • Craft compelling narratives that convey the mission of BetterHelp.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to enhance creative operations.
  • Support internal creative needs such as office decor and team photos.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience leading creative teams and projects.
  • Experience creating ads for large DTC brands with substantial advertising budgets.
  • Proven track record of building and supervising creative teams.
  • Ability to think broadly across channels and execute high-quality work.
  • Experience overseeing high-value video ad production.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a strong brand voice.
  • Passion for mental health and the mission of BetterHelp.
